By downloading and installing the App, you ("User", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. "Third Party" refers to any individual, company, or entity other than the User and Finobot.

Once this period has elapsed and the service agreement has ended, we will permanently archive your data from our live systems upon your written instruction.
Control of your password
When you create a Member account, you will choose a password. You are solely responsible for keeping this password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Disputes and jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this Policy โ including those relating to rights, compensation, refunds, or other claims โ will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution process, conducted in Bangalore, India, in the English language.
Stage 1 โ Mediation
Both parties will attempt resolution through a mutually agreed, neutral sole mediator. If consensus cannot be reached between two proposed mediators, the Company reserves the right to appoint the final mediator. While the mediator's decision is not binding, both parties agree to engage in good faith.
Stage 2 โ Arbitration
If mediation does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the matter proceeds to binding arbitration before a three-member Arbitration Board โ one member appointed by each party, with the third nominated by mutual consent of the first two. The arbitrator's award is final and binding. Unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
